Camille Sharkey, APRN
Camille is a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner who has been working in pediatrics for the last 11 year. She completed her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing at Eastern Michigan University, graduating in 2013. Camille started her nursing career at Bethesda Hospital as a Med/Surg RN where she worked for about a year. Her passion for the pediatric population ultimately drew her to Palm Beach Children's Hospital at St. Mary's Medical Center in 2014 where she worked as a Pediatric staff nurse and eventually became the Nurse Manager of the Pediatric Emergency Department in 2018. In December of 2019, Camille graduated with her Master's of Science in Nursing specializing as an Acute Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and has been working in Pediatric Urology ever since.
Camille is passionate about caring for children with various pediatric urology diagnoses and specializes in voiding dysfunction, incontinence, and recurrent UTIs as well as performing newborn circumcisions in office. Camille brings a warm and welcoming presence to the patients and families that she cares for and is always striving to provide the best care for each and every patient. In the near future she will be expanding her expertise and skill set to include assisting in surgical procedures with Dr. Niki and Dr. Donohoe.
Camille was born in Pontiac, Michigan but grew up here in Palm Beach County where she has lived ever since. She is engaged and soon to be married later this year! She is a mom to 4 boys who are all active and involved in sports. Camille loves to spend her free time with her family whether it be at the kids' various sporting events, boating, snorkeling, fishing, or traveling. She loves to be active and spend her time outdoors in the Florida sun!
Fun fact: Camille was a competitive gymnast as a child and went on to compete as a Division 1 college gymnast!
