Anjali Mhatre, APRN

Anjali was born and raised in Lake City, FL. She began her nursing career at Palm Beach Children’s Hospital in 2013 as a registered nurse. She then returned to graduate school and obtained a Doctorate in Nursing in Acute Care Pediatrics from the University of Florida in 2019. Go Gators! She has been working with Pediatric Urology patients since 2022. She absolutely loves getting to know her patients and talking about an array of topics to make them feel comfortable. In addition to their comfort level, she also wants to make sure the child’s family feels comfortable asking any questions. Her own niece, who is now 16, had an extensive urologic history including UTIs, Vesicoureteral Reflux, and Nephrectomy. This has always hit close to home as Anjali frequently baby sat her as a child. Her niece is now thriving, and she hopes to see all her patients do the same. In addition to caring for her patients, Anjali recently got married to her best friend, and now Husband, Nick. They have a Border Collie named Shadow who absolutely loves playing Frisbee! When Anjali is not throwing a Frisbee, she also enjoys going to the beach, fishing, working out, attending Florida Gator games, and spending time with Family and Friends.

Fun Fact: I’ve been to Antarctica! Only one more continent to visit!
